Sales Consultant.

If you have a strong sales background, outstanding communication skills, a great work ethic, and

the desire to maximize your income then this is the sales position that you have been looking for.

The position requires assisting the customer through the entire sales process, including, but not

limited to:

 

• the greeting and qualifying of new prospects

• feature benefiting the product

• closing the sale

• preparation of sales agreements, contracts, and other closing documents

• the ability to coordinate and communicate with both the customer and the

       manufacturer to finalize the ordering of the customer’s home.

Manufactured Housing sales experience is preferred, but not required; however, hands on

experience or education in a related field is important.
